  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Process:
    1. Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return
    2. We will provide return instructions and a return label free shipping?
    3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned
  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo for a replacement or refund

Product Quality & Ingredient Concerns

  • We will escalate the concern to our partner labs in China for investigation and corrective action

Thank you for partnering with Seaway. We are committed to providing our wholesale partners with high-quality skincare products and reliable support. This policy outlines how we collect and protect business data, process orders, manage shipping, returns, and handle any product quality concerns.


Business Information & Data Privacy

We collect certain business and contact information to process wholesale orders and maintain our partnership.

  • Business name and contact person
  • Email address and phone number
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Tax ID or reseller certificate (where applicable)
  • Purchase history and order details

How We Use Your Information:

To verify wholesale eligibility, process orders, provide order updates, account management, and customer service, send important communications, and occasional promotional offers

Order Processing & Shipping

Order Minimums:

Wholesale orders are subject to a minimum purchase of 10 boxes per product. Please refer to our current wholesale catalog or speak with your account manager for details.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping:

  • Pick up: Pick up your order at our warehouse location after it has been processed — at no extra fee. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pick-up.
  • Domestic Orders: Shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
  • International Orders: We ship globally; buyers are responsible for all customs, duties, and import taxes.
  • Large Shipments: Freight shipping is available for palletized or bulk orders.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination.

Tracking:

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.


3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of wholesale distribution, we maintain a strict return policy:

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

  • Products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • A return request is submitted within 7 business days of delivery
  • Items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Return Process:

  • Email us with your order number, description, and photos of the issue
  • Upon approval, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions
  • Approved returns may be refunded or credited toward a future purchase
  • A restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns (if approved at our discretion)

We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise or opened products due to hygiene and resale regulations.


4. Product Quality & Ingredient Concerns

We stand behind the quality and safety of our skincare formulas. All products are developed in collaboration with certified labs overseas and undergo rigorous quality checks.

If you or your customers experience any issues related to product ingredients, safety, or performance:

  • Please report the issue immediately with supporting details (photos, batch number, etc.)
  • We will escalate the concern to our manufacturing labs in China for investigation
  • We will follow up with a clear explanation and offer either a product replacement, credit, or refund depending on the outcome
